JoeBcrafts accept returns, exchanges, and cancellations

  • Contact me within: 14 days of delivery
  • Ship items back within: 30 days of delivery
  • Request a cancellation within: 2 hours of purchase

Items that can’t be returned or exchanged

  • Custom or personalized orders
    • Include any products that are configured, personalized, or inscribed such as, engravings, stamps, monograms, embroidery, embossing, etching, carving or printing.
    • Products which include manually entered values for sizes. Sizes selected from a JoeBcrafts provided list are not custom.
    • Products with a stain or finish that was requested to be different from standard product options.

Custom or Personalized Return Exceptions

  • Custom or Personalized Items can be returned if there is an error or omission
    • Misspellings
    • Incorrect Size

Conditions of return

  • Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Refund will be initiated upon receipt of product and inspection.
  • If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Processing Time and Delivery

  • Processing times vary per product. Refer to item description for processing time.
  • Delivery time is not guaranteed.
    • Large items will be shipped UPS Ground.
    • Small and Medium items will be shipped USPS First Class or Priority.
    • Carriers can experience delays due to volume, staffing, natural disasters, manmade disasters, etc.

Customs, VAT, Import Duties and Taxes

  • JoeBcrafts makes and ships items from the state of Indiana in the United States of America.
  • Items shipped to Indiana will have sales tax.
  • Items shipped out of Indiana will require the customer to report use/sales tax as required for their location.
  • Customer outside the United States is responsible for any and all fees for their country.
  • JoeBcrafts is not responsible for any delays due to customs and import processing.
